• PDF documents
• Website URLs
• Video content (including transcripts or publicly available captions)

The Service is intended for productivity, research, study, and content review purposes. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

4. No AI Model Training on User Data

We do not use your uploaded content, documents, or data to train AI models. Your submitted content is processed only for generating summaries and is not stored longer than necessary for service operation, unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Process content you do not have the right to use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and software are owned by AISummarizer or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• You will pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers
• Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy, payments are generally non-refundable
• Subscription fees may be adjusted from time to time, with prior notice

If your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

8. One-Time Credit Purchases

Credits are sold as one-time purchases and are not subscription-based.

• By purchasing credits, you are charged only once for the selected amount
• No recurring charges or automatic renewals will occur
• Purchased credits remain in your account until used, unless otherwise stated
• Users are not required to cancel any subscription after purchasing credits

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The completeness or reliability of results
• The uninterrupted availability of the Service

AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AISummarizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

12. Prohibited Content & Moderation

We employ automated AI-based filtering systems to monitor and block the generation of illegal, harmful, violent, or sexually explicit content. Users are prohibited from using our services for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
