1. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Technical issues that prevent the proper use of the Service
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

2. Refund Eligibility Conditions

To ensure fairness for all users, refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • No more than 50 credits have been used
  • The refund request is submitted within 15 days of the purchase date

If your request meets the conditions above, contact us and our team will review it and process the refund as soon as possible.

3. No Refunds For

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used credits or completed generation tasks
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle

4. One-Time Purchases

All payments made on AISummarizer are one-time purchases and are not subscription-based. Charges are processed only once at the time of purchase — no recurring payments or automatic renewals will occur.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
